October 30, 2023Completed the 90-day digital detox challenge! Consistently averaging under 2 hours of screen time per day. Feel more present, focused, and sleep better. Reading books and spending time outdoors are now regular habits.
Day 75: 'Missing Out' Fades, Presence Grows
October 15, 2023The feeling of 'missing out' (FOMO) by not constantly checking social media has significantly faded. Feel much more present in conversations and activities. Screen time hovering just above the 2-hour goal.
Mid-Point: Improved Focus & Deep Work
September 15, 2023Reached the halfway mark! Noticing a significant improvement in my ability to focus on tasks for longer periods without instinctively reaching for my phone. Deep work sessions are becoming more productive.
Two Weeks: Rediscovering Old Hobbies
August 15, 2023With more free time reclaimed from scrolling, I picked up my old guitar that's been gathering dust. Spent an hour practicing last night instead of watching TikToks. Feels good to do something creative again.
