Feeling confident with the 10-minute routine, I tried a 15-minute guided meditation today. It was a bit challenging to maintain focus for the extra time, but felt rewarding afterwards. Might stick to 10 for now but good to know I can stretch.

Reached day 10! Had a stressful work meeting today, and noticed I felt slightly less reactive and more able to pause before responding. Could it be the meditation? Too early to say for sure, but it's encouraging.
