Day 30: One Month of Consistency!
August 14, 2023Completed 30 consecutive days of 10-minute morning meditation. Feeling calmer and more focused throughout the day. Some days were challenging, but I pushed through. Longest streak so far!
Day 25: Attempted a Longer Session
August 9, 2023Feeling confident with the 10-minute routine, I tried a 15-minute guided meditation today. It was a bit challenging to maintain focus for the extra time, but felt rewarding afterwards. Might stick to 10 for now but good to know I can stretch.
Day 21: Habit Feels Solidified
August 5, 2023Three weeks straight! It's said it takes 21 days to form a habit, and this morning felt different - less like a task and more like a necessary part of my routine. Missed it slightly yesterday due to oversleeping, but did it later.
Day 10: First Noticeable Benefit?
July 25, 2023Reached day 10! Had a stressful work meeting today, and noticed I felt slightly less reactive and more able to pause before responding. Could it be the meditation? Too early to say for sure, but it's encouraging.
Day 3: The Struggle is Real
July 18, 2023Okay, this is harder than expected. My mind constantly wanders off. Thoughts about work, dinner, that weird noise... Trying different guided meditations to see if one clicks better. Main challenge: just staying seated and returning to the breath.
Day 1: Starting the Habit
July 15, 2023Beginning my journey to build a daily meditation habit. Goal is 10 minutes every morning. Today was my first session. Felt restless and my mind was racing, but I sat for the full 10 minutes. Hope it gets easier!
